Monjur Hussain Mondal completed his academic career in social work in 2012 from Dibrugrah University and has been working on the CNES boat clinic programme over the decades, is looking after common health issues in the river area such as implementing boat clinic programmes to ensure quality health benefits to the outreach community. The the villages in char areas that do not have road connectivity and people depend on boats to reach the sub-centers or PHCs located in mainland.
