
Vacancy: Administrative Assistant
C-NES, Guwahati Office invites online applications for appointment on contractual basis one Administrative Assistant for Boat Clinic Program supported by NHM, Assam. (A) Key Responsibilities –
- The Administrative Assistant will be directly under the supervision of the Program Manager Unit, C-NES Regional Office, Guwahati.
- He/She will work directly under the supervision and overall direction of the Program Manager
- The job will require HR data maintenance, good report & letter writing skills in English and Assamese /other related paper work, coordinating and assisting project activities
- Properly computing and maintaining all projects data
- Maintain record of correspondence both inward and outward and ensure all correspondence is numbered and attended by the concerned officer.
- Maintain systematic filing of all correspondence and documents of different programs and projects..
- Help in organizing seminars/ workshops/ trainings/ meetings.
- Ensuring proper hospitality and care of guests/ visitors to the organization.
- Liaise with the outside organizations (i.e. – government, non-government and other offices) as and when required.
- Attend to any other duties/ responsibilities assigned to by the Program Management Unit (PMU) C-NES .
- Maintain attendance register of all staff under different programs/projects.
- Maintain data of individual employees with up to date status of place of posting, joining date, transfer, date of leaving, Insurance etc.
- Maintain proper and safe filing system. Files should be immediately available when asked for.
- Willing to travel to different projectlocations for HR related activities.
- Required qualification and experience: Administrative Assistant
- Graduate (Full Time) good knowledge of MS Office, Google workspace, file & asset management etc.
- Preference will be given to candidates with minimum 2 years of experience in a reputed NGO/government sector missions engaged in community health/education or livelihood program.
- High level of integrity and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate, meet deadlines and manage time well.
- Good writing knowledge in English & Assamese.
- Remuneration -= Rs. 15,000 /- per month (consolidated)
