Vacancy at C-NES

C-NES invites application for appointment on contractual basis at its Guwahati office for the NHM supported Boat Clinic program.

1. Accounts Manager:

M.Com with knowledge of overall accounting procedure proficient in Tally ERP 9, Taxation, PF, Insurance, Bank procedures and laws. Preference to those having worked for at least 5 years in the same position in a reputed NGO in Assam. Remuneration: 15,000/-.

Job Responsibilities:

Will be responsible for performing all finance and accounting functions at C-NES Guwahati Office like maintaining proper books of accounts and consolidating accounts and compilation of accounts, preparing interim financial statements to be submitted to NHM, Assam and ensuring timely and up-to-date upkeep of accounts regularly. Maintaining accounting and Financial Procedures at C-NES and incorporating internal controls in accounting system at various levels. Supervising stock statement and updating Fixed Assets Register after proper physical verification at periodic intervals and assisting external and internal audit team in audit related matters and monthly analysis of advances and ensure its proper accounting including quarterly reconciliation of payments with expenditures to ensure proper accounting. Supervising monthly analysis of statutory payments-deductions and remittances such as sales tax, income tax , PF etc. to ensure that legal and statutory deductions and remittances are made in time and any other additional responsibility as assigned by the MT / CEO.

 

2. Accounts Assistant:

B.Com with knowledge in Tally ERP 9, cash book, stock book, file management well versed in MS Office having experience of at least 2 years in a reputed organization. Remuneration: 10,000/-.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain day to day cash book entry and enter data in the Tally computer program under the allotted expenditure head for approval and submission of CEO  through Accounts Manager. Maintaining pending bill file after duly recording of all details for payment after approval and remarks if any. Maintain salary register of all staff under the programs including deduction and timely eposition of PF, TDS, PT  Preparing individual PF statement and maintain data of individual employees with up to date status of place of posting, joining date, PF, TDS and PT deductions, pan number, date of leaving etc. Maintaining proper and safe filing system for all accounts matters related to expenditure, payment etc. and any other additional responsibility as assigned by the CEO related to banks and accounts matters.
